Processing
All orders both UK and international are processed within 1-3 business days.
Tracking will be provided for all orders and will be available once Royal Mail has processed your order.
Refunds
Shipping Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. Following that we will update you if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@OlleActivewear.com.
Shipping
We use second class with Royal Mail for our free UK shipping. You can upgrade your shipping to next day delivery at check out.
International orders get sent out via standard International shipping through Royal Mail at £7.99.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your socks as much as we do. However would like to return your socks we accepts un-worn socks within 14 days of delivery. Please get in touch with hello@olleactivewear.com stating the reason for return and we will help you facilitate.
We will provide your with a returns label, and £2,00 will be deducted from your refund value.
If you’ve reduced the value of the item, by returning a product that is scratched, dirty or broken, a fee will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know before 9PM of your ordering date. Order cancellation requests after that timeframe will not be accepted.
